Principle of Magnetic Agitators

SEDNA ENG’s magnetic agitators use magnetic coupling technology
to deliver stable mixing performance in a fully sealed structure.

The external magnet connected to the drive motor rotates and transfers torque
to the internal magnet without physical contact through the sealed barrier
The stainless-steel Welding plate separates the process fluid
from the drive unit, preventing leakage and contamination without mechanical seals.
The internal magnet rotates by following the magnetic field of the external magnet, driving the connected impeller inside the tank.This enables stable, hygienic mixing without mechanical seals, making it ideal for high-purity and sanitary processes.
